Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to sit in quiet observation of patients for long periods without distraction.
• Experience in customer service or team-based environments a plus.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide constant observation and personal care for patients requiring one-to-one support.
• Assist with daily living needs: bathing, oral care, mobility, nutrition, and elimination.
• Document patient interactions and observations accurately.
• Identify and report behavioral changes or safety concerns to nursing staff.
• Maintain a hazard-free patient environment and follow safety protocols during transport.
• Support nursing assistants and serve as a preceptor for new team members.
