**Part-Time Office Assistant, One-Stop Student Services** **Position Summary:**The part-time Office Assistant will support the One-Stop Student Services team by providing front-line assistance to students, staff, and visitors. Under the general supervision of the immediate supervisor(s), this role will help ensure timely, accurate, and friendly support related to enrollment services, as well as manage administrative tasks that support overall office operations. **Key Responsibilities:**• Provide in-person and phone-based assistance to students regarding general inquiries related to admissions, registration, financial aid, billing, military and advising services.• Access student records to respond accurately to inquiries and facilitate service resolutions.• Direct students to appropriate departments and resources as needed.• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.• Assist with front desk operations including student check-in, form processing, and document collection.• Support digital filing and document scanning procedures.• Operate general office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and multi-line phone systems.• Maintain accurate logs of student interactions and outcomes.• Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned. **Organizational Relationships:**Reports to the designated supervisor within the One-Stop Student Services team. Collaborates with departments across Enrollment Services, admissions, registration, financial aid, billing, and advising services. **Performance Standards:**Performance is considered satisfactory when responsibilities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with service standards, contributing to a smooth and supportive student experience. **Qualifications:**Education: High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with student information systems is a plus.• Accurate keyboarding and data entry skills.• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently.• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.• Ability to understand and follow college policies and procedures.• Strong teamwork and customer service orientation.• Bilingual preferredExperience:• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a student services, customer service, or administrative support role.• Experience working in a college or office setting preferred. **Schedule:** Monday + Friday 8 - 4 pm. Tuesday - Thursday 8 am -12 pm
