• Proven leadership and cross-functional team management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver integrated support for financial aid, billing, registration and records.
• Resolve escalated student issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Develop training resources to empower staff.
• Implement service technologies (CRM, ticketing, knowledge bases) to improve efficiency.
• Monitor service delivery metrics and student satisfaction.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to align policies and processes.
