Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage projects, organize work, and analyze data to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Workforce Center teams to meet funding requirements.
• Coordinate customer flow and service standards across partner organizations.
• Manage referrals and outcomes between programs and ensure efficient triaging.
• Oversee the AJC phone system and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate partnerships and events to promote services and community engagement.
