Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions in Oklahoma City seeks a One Stop Operator to oversee a group of teams delivering workforce services across multiple programs and partners. You will drive a new service delivery model, coordinate with the Board and Workforce Center, and ensure effective operations and performance.

The role emphasizes strong communication, tactical supervision, and the ability to implement strategic plans, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum of five years in a service industry, with supervisory/operations management exposure.
Skills/Abilities: Strong project management, organizational, personnel, problem-solving and data analysis abilities; excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coach, lead and develop Workforce Center teams to meet funding requirements.
Implement and reinforce customer flow and service standards across partner organizations.
Oversee referral processes and outcomes between programs.
Manage the AJC phone system routing and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate language interpretation services for multilingual and accessibility needs.
Ensure facilities, safety, and staff training for the AJC lab/resource room.
Oversee partnership with Wagner-Peyser, RESEA, and Universal Services.
Plan and facilitate weekly operations meetings to review progress.
