Job summary

Triumph Inc. is seeking a Teacher Assistant One-on-One in Taunton, MA. This full-time role provides one-on-one mental health and disability support to a child with special needs, assisting with curriculum and behavior management using Conscious Discipline.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree with ECE Preschool Certification is preferred. Bilingual applicants are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree with ECE Preschool Certification preferred.
• Experience working with children under five who have complex needs.
• Ability to work sensitively with young children from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to learn and implement the Conscious Discipline approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one mental health and disability services and interventions to the enrolled child with special needs.
• Support implementation of curriculum activities and materials in accordance with IEPs/Behavior Plans.
• Assist with and model behavior management techniques using Conscious Discipline.
• Assist teachers in creating an inclusive environment.
