Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA | Human-First Autism Care is seeking experienced Special Education professionals to work one-on-one with children in home, school, daycare, or community settings across Texas. You’ll tailor instruction to each child, focusing on communication, social interaction, behavior, and daily living skills to foster independence.

Qualifications

• Experience in special education settings with diverse needs.
• Ability to deliver one-on-one support in home/school/community.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to one child at a time in their home, school, daycare, or community.
• Help a child communicate wants/needs and teach social skills.
• Support emotional regulation and independence in daily living activities.
• Engage in community activities through play, crafts, and learning experiences.
• Receive guidance from supervisors to make lessons engaging and effective.
