Job summary

Bright Pathways in Texas is seeking experienced Special Education Teachers to work one-on-one with a child in home, school, daycare, or community settings. You will help develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, and daily living skills while building a strong, trusting relationship with the child and family.

Each session is tailored to the child's unique strengths, challenges, and goals, with ongoing guidance from experienced supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Special Education Teacher or related role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to one child at a time in home, school, daycare, or community.
