Bright Pathways ABA | Human-First Autism Care in Texas is seeking experienced Special Education Teachers, Autism Classroom Teachers, Life Skills Teachers, Resource Teachers, Inclusion Teachers, Behavior Interventionists, and Special Education Paraprofessionals to join our growing team.

You’ll work one-on-one with a child in their home, school, or community, helping develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• We encourage applications from professionals with experience as: Special Education Teacher, Autism Classroom Teacher, Life Skills Teacher, Resource Teacher, Inclusion Teacher, Behavior Interventionist, or Special Education Paraprofessional.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to one child at a time in home, school, daycare, or community.
• Help child communicate wants and needs, teach social skills through play and daily interactions.
• Support emotional regulation and teach strategies for frustration or routine changes.
• Promote independence with daily living activities and community skills.
• Receive ongoing guidance from supervisors while using creativity in teaching.
