Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA is seeking experienced Special Education professionals to join our growing team in Texas. You will work one-on-one with children, in home, school, daycare, or community settings, adapting instruction to meet individual needs and celebrate progress.

You'll provide individualized support, develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, and daily living skills, and collaborate with supervisors to ensure engaging and meaningful learning experiences for each child.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to one child at a time in home, school, daycare, or community.
• Every session looks different to accommodate each child's strengths, challenges, and goals.
• Help a child communicate wants and needs more effectively.
• Teach social skills through games, play, and everyday interactions.
• Help children develop friendships, take turns, share, and participate with others.
• Support emotional regulation and teach strategies for handling frustration, disappointment, or changes in routine.
• Teach independence with activities like dressing, brushing teeth, homework, and daily routines.
• Practice community skills such as ordering food, grocery shopping, playground interactions, or recreational activities.
• Create engaging learning opportunities through play, crafts, books, outdoor activities, and other child-centered experiences.
• Celebrate milestones—saying a new word, making a new friend, or completing a task independently.
