Job summary

Bright Pathways provides individualized developmental services to children and families throughout Texas. We are seeking experienced Special Education Teachers, Autism Classroom Teachers, Life Skills Teachers, Resource Teachers, Inclusion Teachers, Behavior Interventionists, and Special Education Paraprofessionals to join our growing team.

You will work one-on-one with a child in the home, school, daycare, or community, tailoring instruction to meet each child’s unique needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with students who have special learning needs and individualized education plans.
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to one child at a time in their home, school, daycare, or community.
• Tailor activities to meet each child’s goals and strengths.
• Support communication, social, emotional, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with supervisors and families to implement strategies.
