Job summary

UNIFI Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop individualized care plans, and deliver hands-on treatment to help patients reach meaningful goals. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and timely documentation while fostering a calm, encouraging environment for patient progress.

• Active PT license (or eligibility) in the state of hire.
• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
