Job summary

Camden County Technical Schools Pennsauken Campus seeks an Instructional Technician (One-on-One Aide) for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond if needed. This full-time role supports instructional objectives, works with individual students or groups, and reports to the principal.

Salary is based on education and experience with benefits including health and dental coverage and an Employee Assistance Program. Interviews are conducted at the district's discretion based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Two years of higher education with 30+ credits or an Associate’s degree or higher.
• Hold county substitute teacher certificate.
• Pass criminal history check and provide citizenship or legal resident status.
• Meet health qualifications required of all personnel.
• Willingness to relocate to NJ within 365 days of employment.
• Follow Camden County Technical Schools Nepotism Policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clerical tasks and maintain instructional materials inventory.
• Maintain records of distribution and inventory of books and supplies.
• Assist with homework corrections and report results to the teacher.
• Prepare instructional materials and keep attendance records.
• Support classroom supervision and safe use of tools and equipment.

Education

Associate’s degree or higher
