Job summary

Delta-T Group Maryland, Inc. is seeking qualified Teacher Aide / One-On-One (1:1) professionals for the 2026-2027 school year in Baltimore, MD. Positions are Independent Contractor 1099 with immediate start and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities include keeping students on task, ensuring progress per IEP/BIP, and assisting with class-to-class transitions. Background checks and ADHD/Autism training are provided after selection.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to satisfactorily complete and pass given background checks.
• Additional training on ADHD/Autism provided once a candidate is selected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure student remain on task academically.
• Ensure student progresses according to what's outlined in the student's IEP and BIP.
• Assist student(s) with transitioning from class to class during the school day.
• Perform other professional duties, as requested.
