Job summary

Proforma Health is looking for a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one support to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home or community settings. You will collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to help clients develop social and communication skills while supporting families by addressing challenging behaviors and following individualized plans.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and demonstrate passion for working with individuals with special needs.
• Relevant experience includes college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields, or at least one year working with children in roles like Child Development professional, camp counselor, paraprofessional, or behavioral health worker.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
