Qualifications

• Passion for helping individuals with special needs.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Educational/experience requirements per qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans created by BCBA professionals.
• Support development of communication and socialization skills.
• Assist with reducing restrictive or repetitive behaviors.
• Collect and document session data accurately.
• Provide encouraging, structured interactions to foster progress.
