Job summary

MyPath is seeking a direct one-on-one ABA therapist to provide services under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive Wisconsin setting.

You will maintain HIPAA compliance, collaborate with families and supervisors, prepare therapy materials, document notes, and participate in supervision to ensure fidelity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Effective working alone or as a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies with accuracy and consistency.
• Collect, record, and maintain precise data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Follow protocols to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Use reinforcement strategies and prompting techniques as outlined in treatment plans.
• Respond to challenging behaviors using approved intervention procedures.
• Participate in supervision and training to ensure fidelity of program implementation.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to HIPAA and policies.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, families, and team members.
• Assist with preparing therapy materials and maintaining a clean, organized therapy environment.
• Document session notes and required reports in a timely manner.
• Adhere to ethical standards and organizational policies.
