Job summary

Kaleidoscope Learning Center & Therapy Solutions in New York is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services under BCBA/BCaBA supervision.

You will deliver sessions, implement interventions, collect data, and support families while upholding ethical standards in a safe environment. The role is on-site in the Town of Florida area, with opportunities for certification advancement and bilingual skills considered a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification (40-hour training and exam) if not yet certified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data during each session to track client progress.
• Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and families.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members during meetings and trainings.
• Maintain a safe, ethical, and respectful therapeutic environment.
