BK Behavior in the United States is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving their goals. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions under supervision.

We welcome passionate individuals with an RBT certificate and a high school diploma who are patient, reliable, and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and desire to help children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices; foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
