SoaringHigh ABA seeks a dedicated RBT to provide one-on-one support in home, school, or community settings, helping clients with autism develop communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience working with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Compassionate and patient approach when working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based interventions under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals.
• Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily living.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports.
• Utilize ABA techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation.
