Flint Hills Resources in Wichita, KS is seeking a One Call Technician to efficiently process State One Call requests using our dedicated software for damage prevention of FHR assets. You will handle data entry and respond to inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team. A flexible schedule with occasional extended hours during peak excavation season is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience or training.
• Ability to prioritize multiple items in a fast-paced environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; ability to learn proprietary applications.
• Demonstrated accuracy in documenting and maintaining information with high attention to detail.
• Proven communication skills, both verbal and written, with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours and occasional weekends.

Responsabilités

• Problem-solve and address daily operational issues.
• Coordinate with field operations and data entry for information dispatch and processing.
• Enter and maintain customer account data in systems.
• Provide timely follow-up on customer inquiries requiring research.
• Cross-train on various systems as needed.
• Process inbound customer calls professionally and promptly.
