Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Damage Prevention Specialist to join the One Call program. You will screen tickets, interpret GIS data, and coordinate with Operations, GIS, and field personnel to protect pipeline assets and ensure safety.

You will use modern mapping and ticket management tools, dispatch emergency tickets, and help maintain accurate configurations as workflows evolve. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pipeline operations, facility locating, or One Call programs.
• Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communicator with ability to convey technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Review and screen One Call locate requests to determine potential impacts to assets.
• Interpret GIS mapping layers using the Ticket Management System and GIS Portal.
• Support and optimize Ticket Management System configuration to streamline processes.
• Dispatch emergency One Call tickets and notify Operations during business hours.
• Maintain system accuracy by updating configurations as personnel or workflows change.
• Research excavation activity using State One Call systems and GIS to assist Operations.
• Generate and distribute productivity and compliance reports using Irth, GIS, and Spotfire.
• Assist training efforts for Operations personnel as part of One Call compliance initiatives.
• Prepare documentation for state and federal inspections.
