The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position may involve extended weekday hours, occasional weekends, and a flexible schedule to meet excavation needs, with the possibility of additional hours during peak months.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended weekday hours and occasional weekends
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to carefully document, record, and maintain information with high accuracy
• Willingness to cross-train on various systems

Responsabilités

• Process State One Call excavation requests using the dedicated software
• Enter and maintain customer account data in systems accurately
• Address customer inquiries with timely follow-up and research
• Collaborate with field operations to relay required information
• Cross-train on multiple systems to support operations
• Handle occasional inbound calls near pipeline facilities professionally
