Job summary

Energy Transfer seeks an Associate Specialist - Damage Prevention to manage One Call ticket processing and support GIS operations in a pipeline environment. You will gather data, prepare demand letters for damages, and ensure accurate centerline data across multiple states, acting as a liaison between field teams and the GIS Centerline Group.

The role requires knowledge of GIS, IRTH, and Power BI, with 0–2 years experience preferred. Occasional travel and a strong eye for detail are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 0–2 years of relevant job-related experience.
• Knowledge of GIS, mapping processes and One Call/IRTH.
• Ability to create and deliver detail-rich buffer maps.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, IRTH, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver detailed reporting from the IRTH program.
• Gather data and prepare demand letters for resource recovery.
• Process payments with detailed tracking.
• Maintain knowledge of One Call laws across states.
• Analyze IRTH system and diagnose issues; fix data centerline errors.
• Liaise between Field and Map Data group; support program upgrades.
• Represent the company to outside agencies as needed.
• Back up for One Call process; participate in general projects.
