Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred, especially one-call close roles.
• Confident, persuasive communicator with strong phone presence.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-focused.
• Eligible for Florida insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls with warm leads.
• Deliver a high-impact pitch and close the sale during the first call.
• Educate customers on Vehicle Service Contract options.
• Manage follow-ups and daily activity in our CRM.
• Hit and exceed individual and team sales targets.
