Job summary

Allucent is seeking a seasoned Oncology ACE Therapeutic Strategy Head to shape and drive our oncology strategy across all drug development phases. You will partner with internal SMEs to craft differentiated strategic and operational solutions for our clients.

This role has no direct reports but offers matrixed oversight of therapeutic leads and project leadership to enable portfolio performance. You will promote innovative trial models and engage sponsors to advance the portfolio.

Qualifications

15+ years of clinical research and development experience in Oncology
Proven leadership of Oncology programs or portfolios across multiple indications and study phases
Ability to align therapeutic insight with operational strategy

Responsibilities

Define and drive Allucent's ACE Oncology strategy across all drug development phases
Lead governance and portfolio performance initiatives for Oncology
Collaborate with Medical, Biostatistics, Regulatory, and Data Operations to optimize trials
Champion innovative trial models (decentralized or hybrid) and real‑world data integration
Engage sponsors and thought leaders to position Allucent as a thought leader in Oncology drug development
