Job summary

Genmab is seeking an Oncology Account Manager to build and sustain strong relationships with key customers across private practices, medical groups, hospitals and academic centers in the Southeast US. This clinical/business leadership role represents Genmab’s values by providing disease and product information to decision makers within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• 4+ years in sales, marketing, or clinical (pharma, biotech, rare disease, or patient care) is required.
• 4+ years demonstrated success in Oncology sales and/or account management.
• Hematology launch experience preferred.
• Strong capability in account management and proven sales performance.
• Strong business analytics to understand and analyze market drivers.

Responsibilities

• Effectively support Genmab's Oncology portfolio in the U.S. marketplace.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals for the territory.
• Develop and implement robust territory business plans.
• Manage engagements in virtual and in-person formats; tailor plans to account preferences.
• Analyze key market data points and translate insights into action.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers across accounts.
