Job summary

Tailstorm-Health-Inc is seeking a senior pharmaceutical sales professional to manage key customer accounts and drive growth across an assigned territory, with focus on Avastin portfolio. Travel to support accounts will be required. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in healthcare sales are essential.

In this role you will develop new business opportunities, own lead generation, and maintain robust CRM records. Compensation includes base salary plus bonus and commission. Based in Chandler, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical sales experience.
• Proven success in account management and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, analytical, and CRM management skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key accounts within hospitals, oncology centers, and healthcare networks.
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Own lead generation, lead follow-up, and account management activities.
• Willing and able to travel as required to support accounts within the territory.
• Provide daily activity and analytical reports to leadership.
• Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and target achievement.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations.
