Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Oncology Sales professional who will develop and maintain strategic relationships with oncology departments across the Nashville, Knoxville, and surrounding TN territory. You will lead with scientific presentations, coordinate site trainings, and collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and MSL teams to drive sales and patient access.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability to analyze diverse sets of data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Preferred: oncology/pharma experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with Oncology departments and practices.
• Deliver on‑label technical and scientific presentations utilizing approved data.
• Lead US Commercial contact with targeted accounts and collaborate with AbbVie cross‑functional partners.
• Develop and update strategic account plans and coordinate training for sites and treatment teams.
• Provide timely customer support and resolve issues; follow up on requests.
• Represent AbbVie at local societies and HCP meetings to build relationships and share updates.
• Stay current on clinical, market, and payer developments in oncology.
