Job summary

Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. is seeking an Oncology Territory Manager to represent our products to physicians and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory. You will promote product features, develop business plans, and work to exceed sales goals while navigating payer landscapes and clinical pathways.

You will collaborate with district leadership, attend trainings, and maintain up‑to‑date disease state and product knowledge to support customers and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of sales/marketing experience in pharmaceutical or medical industry.
• 4+ years of oncology therapeutic experience preferred.
• 1+ year in diverse roles - training, marketing, market access preferred.
• Oncology product launch experience preferred.
• Copromotion experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Represents the assigned products to healthcare professionals in the territory.
• Achieves or exceeds sales objectives through promotion of features and benefits.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans.
• Understand healthcare industry trends, laws, regulations, market conditions, and payer landscape.
• Demonstrate understanding of clinical pathways and their influence on treatment.
• Analyze customer needs, territory performance, and market trends; optimize product potential.
• Maintain expert disease state knowledge and product familiarity.
• Complete all required training.
• Build relationships with customers and key opinion leaders; communicate indications and benefits.
