Job summary

Novocure Inc. in the United States seeks a Territory Manager (CNS) for the Long Island, NY region. This field-based, full-time role focuses on expanding access to innovative cancer therapies by building relationships with clinicians, hospitals, and academic centers.

You will own the territory, develop strategic plans, and partner with physicians to drive adoption, guided by strong sales instincts and healthcare knowledge. Occasional travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of field sales or account management in medical devices or oncology.
• Hunter mindset with ability to open new accounts and grow a territory.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong consultative selling and ability to build credibility with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
• Build relationships with neuro-oncologists, neurosurgeons, radiation oncologists, medical oncologists.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
• Partner with Scientific Liaisons, Reimbursement, and Sales Operations to drive adoption.
• Support physicians and clinical staff through reimbursement and access journeys.
• Maintain accurate CRM account and activity information.
• Execute corporate and regional strategies with autonomy in the field.
