Job summary

Novocure is seeking a Territory Manager to expand access to TTFields cancer therapy across the Long Island, NY territory. You’ll own your territory, develop strategic account plans, and partner with physicians and clinical teams to drive adoption.

This field-based, full-time role requires a hunter mentality and the ability to travel regularly across Brooklyn and Queens. Compensation ranges from $145,000 to $175,000 per year, with potential quarterly bonuses and RSU grants, plus comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of field sales or account management experience in medical devices/oncology/complex healthcare.
• Proven hunter with ability to open accounts and grow territory.
• Strong consultative selling skills and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive growth and hit sales targets.
• Build relationships with neuro-oncologists, neurosurgeons, radiation, medical oncologists, and other stakeholders across academic and community settings.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Understand account dynamics, patient care models, and business needs to uncover opportunities.
• Partner with Scientific Liaisons, Device Support Specialists, Reimbursement, Sales Operations, and other US Business Team members.
• Support physicians and clinical staff through patient treatment journey, including reimbursement and access.
