HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with department standards and state regulations. You will collaborate with providers and the care team to advocate for patients and ensure excellent outcomes.

Responsibilities include assessing patients on admission and during shifts, administering medications, and educating families about care plans.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• < 1 year of applicable experience.
• Must be licensed as a registered nurse in the state of practice; active compact license acceptable.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certified within 30 days of start date.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition at admission and during shifts; report changes promptly.
• Administer medications and document care in the medical record; monitor therapeutic response.
• Provide compassionate patient care and promptly respond to requests; anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care; translate medical terms as needed.
