HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department standards. You will collaborate with providers and the care team to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities include assessing patient status at admission and during shifts, administering medications, documenting care, and educating patients and families. Requires an RN license in SC and Basic Life Support within 30 days of start date.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma is required.
• Licensed as a registered nurse in the state of practice or with a valid compact license.
• Basic Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of start date.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift, report changes promptly.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, and document care in the medical record; administer medications and monitor responses.
• Educate patients and families about condition, plan, meds, side effects, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with care team to provide personalized, compassionate nursing care.
