Evolent in the United States is seeking a strategy-focused professional to support oncology portfolio development, monitor market trends, conduct analyses, and prepare leadership-ready recommendations.

You will help evaluate new programs, develop business cases, and align initiatives with oncology value frameworks, partnering with senior leaders to shape strategy, roadmaps, and scaled implementations while enjoying comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2-4 years’ experience.
• Outstanding written and oral presentation skills, ability to engage with senior leaders, and build strong relationships.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and creativity.
• Proven time-management skills and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Strategy Support: Monitor and synthesize market, competitor, payer, regulatory, and oncology care-delivery trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Strategy Support: Conduct ongoing analyses of oncology product performance and identify gaps relative to market needs, client feedback, and business objectives.
• Strategy Support: Support the development, maintenance, and tracking of the Oncology strategy, roadmap, and key strategic initiatives.
• Strategy Support: Prepare analyses, presentations, and recommendations for leadership reviews, planning discussions, and strategic decision-making.
• New Program Development and Evaluation: Support the assessment and development of priority new oncology programs through market research, business case analyses, and pilot planning.
• New Program Development and Evaluation: Conduct analyses to inform build / buy / partner recommendations
• New Program Development and Evaluation: Maintain program documentation and ensure initiatives are aligned with established oncology value frameworks, strategic priorities, and product architecture.
• New Program Development and Evaluation: Support pilot design, success metrics, performance tracking, and go/no-go evaluations; develop recommendations and transition materials for successful programs moving into scaled implementation.
