Guidehouse is seeking a senior Life Sciences strategy professional to join our Life Sciences practice in the US. You will partner with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and diagnostic companies to drive product strategy, commercialization, pricing, and regulatory solutions across diverse client engagements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Science, Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related field.
• 7–10 years of Life Sciences consulting experience; advanced degree may substitute.
• Minimum 5+ years in strategy, commercialization and launch.
• Experience with solid tumor oncology biopharma commercialization/strategy (NSCLC, Breast, Prostate).
• Ability to manage full projects across multiple workstreams with limited oversight.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and oral communication and client-ready deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product planning, pricing, reimbursement, product commercialization, and regulatory and compliance solutions.
• Partner with clients across levels to deliver impactful results.
• Travel to client sites across the US up to 20%.
• Lead and supervise multiple workstreams and teams as needed.
