Qualifications

• Michigan Pharmacy Technician Licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process physician orders in QS-1NRX, including specialty and oncology medications.
• Review patient profiles for allergies, duplicate therapies, prior authorizations, and potential drug interactions for pharmacist review.
• Assist in coordinating oncology specialty medications, including oral oncolytics and limited distribution drugs.
• Communicate with oncology clinics, infusion centers, and provider offices to obtain prescriptions, refills, clarifications, and required documentation.
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation related to specialty prescriptions, payer requirements, and patient communications.
• Provide high-touch customer service to patients and caregivers, including education on refill processes and delivery coordination.
