The Cancer & Hematology Centers in Michigan are hiring a Pharmacy Technician to dispense medications and support both retail and infusion pharmacy operations. You will process orders, prepare sterile products, and assist in medication dispensing under pharmacist supervision.
Qualified candidates have a Michigan Pharmacy Technician License and a High School Diploma, with preference for those with infusion pharmacy experience and strong math skills.

The Pharmacy Technician dispenses and compounds medications for patients by assisting in both retail and infusion pharmacy functions. Provide quality patient care and excellent customer service. Processes, enters and interprets physician orders, and compounds complex sterile (including cytotoxic) products. Follow departmental procedures with regard to inventory control, claims submission and other administrative tasks.
Education: High School Diploma, some college preferred with an aptitude for mathematical calculation. Michigan Pharmacy Technician Licensure required Specific skills & abilities: Retail pharmacy and/or infusion pharmacy, claim reconciliation or accounting background helpful.
