Memorial Healthcare System in Pembroke Pines, Florida seeks an Oncology Scheduler to coordinate complex chemotherapy and multi-day treatment cycles for high-acuity patients, scheduling infusion, labs, surgery, and radiation across oncology teams.

The role requires strong scheduling skills, experience with complex algorithms, and customer service, enabling collaboration with physicians, APPs, nurses, and pharmacists to ensure timely care and an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required).
• Minimum of 1 year scheduling experience with complex algorithms and 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Oncology related scheduling experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex chemotherapy and radiation therapy treatment schedules for multi-day and multi-week cycles, including labs, imaging, and MD visits.
• Communicate with physicians and care teams to ensure facility and staff availability and timely care.
• Coordinate with Pharmacy on drug availability and with the Authorization team on prior authorizations.
• Coordinate with Infusion/Nursing and Radiation teams to manage transitions, add-ons, and transitions from inpatient to outpatient care.
