Job summary

Regions Cancer Center is seeking a scheduling specialist to support patient registration, insurance verification, and cross-department scheduling in the oncology setting, including chemotherapy/infusion activities. Under the Supervisor Cancer Center Scheduling, you will deliver friendly, professional customer service and help coordinate care across clinics.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with a weekend rotation about every 10 weeks.

Qualifications

• 1 year of clerical or customer service experience minimum.
• Think critically and ask questions as appropriate.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration, insurance verification, and scheduling across departments.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a personable and professional manner.
