Job summary

Cosette Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Manager of Sales Enablement & Commercial Training to build and execute the capability strategy for the oncology field organization.

The role partners with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Operations to translate priorities into scalable training programs, resources, and coaching tools. The role focuses on onboarding, launch readiness, product training, selling skills development, and field effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare commercial experience.
• 1+ years in pharma sales training, enablement, or learning; field readiness experience preferred.
• Experience designing training for customer-facing commercial teams.
• Experience supporting oncology or complex therapeutic areas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable sales enablement and training strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Create onboarding, curricula, certification, and learning resources for field teams.
• Lead launch readiness, product training, and account management capability development.
• Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Operations to translate priorities into programs.
• Establish standards for training delivery, compliance, and measurement of impact.
