Job summary

Cosette Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manager, Sales Enablement & Commercial Training to build and execute the commercial capability strategy for field organizations. You will translate priorities into scalable training, onboarding, and certification programs, ensuring teams are prepared to engage healthcare professionals and achieve business objectives.

The role partners with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Commercial Operations, supporting oncology and expansion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related commercial experience.
• 1+ years of pharmaceutical sales training, sales enablement, commercial learning, or related function.
• Experience designing training for customer-facing commercial teams.
• Experience in oncology, hospital, rare disease, or complex therapeutic areas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute scalable sales enablement and training strategy.
• Create onboarding, curricula, certification, and continuous learning programs.
• Identify capability gaps with Sales Leadership and analyze performance data.
• Support launches, relaunches, and expansion into new therapeutic areas.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to ensure field readiness and effective engagement.
