Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience with significant oncology marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute brand strategies for oncology products.
• Launch experience including pre-launch planning, readiness, and post-launch optimization.
• Experience leading cross-functional brand teams with sales, medical affairs, market access, regulatory, and finance.
• Experience creating positioning, messaging, and omnichannel promotional strategies.
• Experience working with oncology customers, treatment pathways, and market access dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive oncology brand strategies and annual plans aligned with growth priorities.
• Lead pre-launch and launch planning for oncology assets and lifecycle initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain for readiness.
