• Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate progress.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
• Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to optimize patient care and teamwork.
