Job summary
AdventHealth in Parker, Colorado is seeking a dedicated Oncology RN to join our compassionate team. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and monitor patient responses while coordinating with a multi-disciplinary staff.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum 1 year Oncology experience required.
- Current RN license and BLS certification required.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status across medical, surgical and psychosocial factors to plan care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and update as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments and self-care.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
