Job summary
CommonSpirit Health in Westminster, CO is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our oncology nursing team. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary group to advance patient-centered care throughout the nursing process, ensuring safety and quality outcomes.

Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma
- RN License in state of employment
- One year recent Oncology RN experience
- Physical requirements: medium work up to 50 lbs., etc.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs and evaluate outcomes
- Develop and implement patient plan of care with the interdisciplinary team
- Demonstrate competency in IVs, wound care, medications, catheterization, and specimen collection
- Maintain patient charts and records accurately; use IT to communicate and support decision-making
- Promote and protect patient health, safety, and rights
- Provide patient/family education and assess learning readiness
