Qualifications

• RN with oncology experience or unit-based oncology background.
• Strong knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and documentation.
• Must be fluent in English (reading/writing/speaking).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across multiple domains.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans per standards of care.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and treatments.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care.
