Job summary

Qualifications

• Nebraska RN license or compact licensure.
• Hemotherapy certification within 1–2 years of hire.
• BSN or MSN required/acceptable for ADN with transition period.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care appropriate to patient age per population criteria.
• Assess and document patient needs and plan of care with the team.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with providers and other disciplines as needed.
• Teach patients about health care problems and discharge care.
