Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, VA is hiring a Registered Nurse for Medical Oncology. You will assess patients, administer medications, and participate in rounds to ensure high-quality care.

We offer a generous sign-on bonus up to $20K, relocation assistance for qualified candidates, and Sentara’s Nurse Residency program for new graduates. Multiple shifts available with 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing (VA or Compact multi-state)
• BLS within 90 days of hire
• Oncology experience preferred but not required for new grads

Responsibilities

• Assess/admit patients and perform rounds
• Administer chemotherapy/biotherapy (certification after 6 months)
• Provide pre/post-surgical care and hospice/palliative care
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality patient care
