Job summary

CHI in Dallas, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care and perform critical assessments within an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

You will implement care plans, handle medication administration, and ensure safety protocols while coordinating with physicians and staff. Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center is noted for research and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• At least 1 year of RN experience upon hire.
• Texas RN license upon hire.
• CPR within 14 days of hire.
• Competence in RN I performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide holistic nursing care.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with patient/family education.
• Prepare patients for procedures and administer physician orders.
• Reassess patient responses and adjust care as needed.
• Communicate updates to physicians and provide thorough handoffs.
• Maintain a safe environment and contribute to quality initiatives.
